Mesk Air Boeing 747-4H6(BDSF) landed at Malta International Airport for the first time earlier today. This Boeing 747 Jumbo aircraft is the first aircraft of its type to carry a Maltese Civil Aviation Registration.
First flew on the 8th of September 1994 a passenger aircraft for Malaysia Airlines. In 2012 the aircraft was converted to a freighter and was leased to several operators including Saudia Airlines and Air Atlanta Icelandic. In 2021 the aircraft was bought by Mesk Air and leased to Elitavia Malta
