Netherlands CG to receive DHC-8

The Netherlands Coast Guard will receive two new Dash-8 aircraft in the coming months. The first aircraft has now been painted in the Coast Guard colours .

These aircraft will be leased for 10 years from ISR Support Europe. They are currently being manufactured and adapted in Canada. The next step is to apply the logos and install the equipment .

During August the first aircraft will arrive in the Netherlands, but before it has some crew training and test flights to do. The crews are preparing for the upcoming operational deployment . The second aircraft is expected to be delivered in September .
