Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA export and cooperation agreement was signed between Baykar and the Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia. Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA, which was developed nationally and originally by Baykar, will serve in the inventory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Air and Naval Forces Command.
Bayraktar AKINCI TİHAs will serve in the inventory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Air and Naval Forces Command. With the comprehensive agreement, cooperation will be made on technology transfer and joint production in order to advance the high technology development capability of the two countries in the upcoming period.
The signing ceremony was held after the meetings of the delegations of the two countries held in Jeddah. The agreement was signed in the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, who attended the ceremony. The cooperation agreement between Baykar and the Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia was signed by Baykar General Manager Haluk Bayraktar and Saudi Arabian Deputy Minister of Defense Halid Bin Hüseyin El Bayari.
